How does the interior design process work?

We follow a six-stage process: an introductory enquiry, a first consultation, space planning and concept development, design development, quotation and project planning, then renovation and handover. You will always know which stage your project is in and what happens next.

How much does interior design cost?

Cost depends on the size of the property, the scope of carpentry and the finishes selected. Most of our residential projects fall between RM80,000 and RM300,000 inclusive of design and renovation works. After the first consultation we prepare an itemised quotation so there are no surprises.

Do you provide renovation services?

Yes. We are a full-service studio, which means we handle design and renovation management end to end — including hacking, wet works, carpentry, electrical, lighting, painting and final styling.

Can you work with an existing floor plan?

Absolutely. Share your floor plan with us and our designers will study the layout, identify structural constraints and propose space planning options before any design work begins.

Do you handle HDB, BTO and condominium projects?

Accepted Answer

We do. Our team is experienced with apartment guidelines, management approvals and the practical constraints of high-rise living, as well as landed and commercial properties.

Can I choose my own design style?

Yes. We work across modern, minimalist, Japandi, Scandinavian, wabi-sabi, modern luxury, contemporary and rustic directions. If you are unsure, our designers will guide you with moodboards during the concept stage.

How long does a renovation usually take?

Design typically takes three to five weeks, and renovation runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. Landed and commercial projects may take longer. You receive a full timeline with your quotation.
