Quotations and proposals
All quotations are valid for 30 days and remain estimates until a signed agreement and detailed scope are confirmed. Site conditions may affect final costs.
Intellectual property
Drawings, concepts, renders and specifications produced by our studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project engagement
Design and build works are governed by the signed contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything published on this website.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here.
